Glamour-izing Women

At Tuesday's (June 8th) Glamour Women of the Year Awards in London showed just how stylish Glamour means to these young starlets.

Gracing the red carpet so beautifully were and winning "The HIT-List" Awards for best dressed at an Event were:

Nicole Richie and Kelly Rowland and some... uh hmm, not so "Glamorous":
Cheryl Cole
, Zoe Saldana and really?? of course Lily Allen.

Nicole Richie

The beautiful mommy of two and legendary, Lionel Richie's daughter, looked flawless last night in this Peach Grecian Goddess inspired dress and "wham bam thank you maam" jewelry. Her hair was just the right look for this strapless gown and I think she pretty much worked it full on.

She took home the Entrepreneur of the Year Award at and even tweeted about her evening: "My fake british accent is in full effect tonight!"

Kelly Rowland

This Commander beauty looked fabulous in a skin tight ruched and pleated gray and black trimmed dress.

Her simple black pumps and clutch just kept the point of the dress highlighted. Her hair and simple make up was 100% flattering no matter what she wore.

AND...

Here are my not so hot picks from the evening.

I am very sad and surprised to say that the beautiful Zoe Saldana made my list but unfortunately she did.

Looking at her from the neck up you just want to scream "GORGEOUS" but from the neck down, however, you want to pass her a bottle of Nair.

This sheer lace and silk Vionnet dress might look incredible up close but in all the pictures the lace just looked like she just stepped out of a gorilla movie set.

Her choice of black YSL pumps and Solange Azagury-Partridge ring, bumped up her grade to a solid B.

She did have one win though. The Avatar actress took home the Film Actress of the Year Award.

Cheryl Cole

I'm probably going to get a lot of hate comments for putting newly single, 28 year old, Ms. Cole on "The HIT-List's" Black list, but I have to do my "hating".

Her hair and her dress seriously need work. I can't even pin point what her hair is trying to do and her dress, though its a beautiful color and fit just looks like a baby doll with a sheer train attached.

Her shoes and beautiful envelope clutch are the only things that can save her with this look.

But it's not the look (I'm guessing) that won her the Woman of the Year title, it must have been all those years of performing.

Congrats Girl!

Lily Allen

Really? Are you surprised by this? The talented singer has a voice that can make you love her but a style that makes you, kind of hide her.

She showed up on the red carpet channeling, Morticia Addams of the Addams' Family.

But at least she did win the Solo Artist of the Year Award. With this outfit, I'm sure she arrived solo.

Along the list of guests the winners for the evening also included:
