Just 2 days apart, these Fashionistas (and designers- Jessica Simpson with her name sake brand and Katie Holmes' label, Holmes & Yang) sported the same embellished Isabel Marant jacket. 

Jessica Simpson, 30, chose to pair her version with denim shorts and a plain white T, while standing tall in nude platform heels in New York City, May 21st. Simpson accessorized her ensemble with a oversized handbag and turquoise jewelery.

The always chic Katie Holmes, 32, wore her jacket in New York City as well on May 23rd. Tom Cruise's better half, kept it simple with dark denim flares, nude flats and a black bag.

If you ask us, there's no doubt that the former girls next door, Katie Holmes, won this war. She may have shown up late but, as usual, looking better than her competition.
